TEEX has about 9 of those 2-3 day in seats FREE courses with ACE College Credits (1-2 SH each).
TEEX 6 SH online in Cyber Security is also well know here.

Only Cyber 101, 201, & 301 are ACE-recommended. Each one is 3-4 modules total, so you'll end up taking about 10 modules. Each one is 2cr. 2 of the courses count as Free Electives, and 1 counts as a Gen Ed (or Free Elective).
They are all free and unproctored.
