Basically, Take your time... As I mentioned previously, you'll get advice/choices and options that vary from person to person, even advisors, registrar, senior members here or moderators will provide different advice. Get this, many people recommend not speaking with TESU advisors as they may provide incorrect details, I don't really mind contacting them, but I generally tell people to talk to them only if you need changes done or anything else that we can't support you with... I suggest you read other posts/threads, many indicated not to contact TESU until advised by us to make changes that we can't make...
Advice is just that, you have the option to take any advice provided to you this far, and decide which route you want to go, plus decide on choosing the BACS/BSBA CIS option or just do the BACS, it's really up to you. My suggestion right now is, to answer that one question, are you planning to do the BSBA CIS or not? Do a flat rate term to get better GPA or just pay the residency waiver and complete the capstone? There are a few things I mentioned in a previous post, does that appeal to you or are you thinking of doing this ASAP and skipping the rest? Read my posts again, answer the questions.

Thanks!!!!!!
Yes, your advice is super appealing!
I chose to do the BSBA CIS & BACS dual degrees! And do a flat term to get a better GPA!
Thanks!
I still have some questions:
- How to create the BS CIS academic evaluation? (Is this a stupid question, I really couldn't find it on the Online Student Service webpage.)
- Is it possible to finish CIS-3510 Software Engineering and CIS-3200 System Analysis and Design I within one term? Cuz CIS-3510 Software Engineering is offered at odd-numbered months (Sep, Nov...), but CIS-3200 System Analysis and Design I is offered at even-numbered months.
My study plan Study Plan.
I sent an e-mail to ask TESU's advisors these 2 questions, but I'm afraid they will give me wrong answers, that's why I ask you.
I hope you don't mind I have so many questions and bother you too much.

Unfortunately, the advisors at TESU are often wrong. We recommend not talking to TESU advisors at all, unless strictly necessary. (Even then, there are only 1 or 2 TESU advisors that we trust.) The advisors are only familiar with what's available from/through TESU and may know nothing about Study.com or Sophia. They often make up things out of thin air. If you already know at least a little Java and/or Python, they're relatively quick and easy classes at Sophia. You can complete them and transfer them in alongside Calculus 1 and see what the people who actually handle the transfers say about them.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

Programming: Sophia or Study.com (Study.com recommended)
Calculus: Sophia
Discrete Math: Study.com
Operating Systems: Study.com
Computer Architecture: Study.com
I would not take the Network Technology TECEP. You don't need it, especially if CIS-3999 gets moved to your AOS. Network Technology is an extremely difficult exam with a very low pass rate. Instead, to fill out your UL credits, go with:
Computer Science 306: Computer Architecture at Study.com
Existing CIS-3999 if possible or Saylor's Software Engineering
Computer Science 302: Systems Analysis & Design at Study.com
Computer Science 303: Database Management at Study.com
Business 303: Management Information Systems at Study.com
Do not take any TESU classes except for LIB-4950 Liberal Arts Capstone. The classes are not especially easy and it's not really worth it. Thanks!!! You guys are so amazing
(cuz I want to apply for a traditional CS master's program in Europe/USA later and My GPA is very low, just 2.8(from my 1st bachelor's degree))
I have one concern, I thought RA credits and a better GPA would be more recognizable, but is it worth getting RA credits(from other recommended provider) instead of using Study.com?
I am worried that some graduate schools didn't recognize these ACE credits. (I might apply for a cheaper or normal graduate school, like some state universities), So would this be a concern? Should I worry about this?
I didn't find any related threads about this question, so could you give me some advice, Thanks!!!
If you have a low GPA, then the LAST thing you should be doing is taking the toughest courses possible at TESU.
Calculus is tough for most people, and taking that course by itself would be a challenge, let alone adding more courses on top of that. Easiest place to take calculus is at Sophia.
I would suggest cherry-picking the easiest courses to take at TESU during a flat-rate term to get the highest GPA possible:
LIB-4950 Liberal Arts Capstone (no exams for the course though has other exams that you don't need to study for)
CIS-3510 Software Engineering (no exams)
CIS-3110 Database Management (no exams)
CIS-3200 System Analysis and Design I (no exams)
Find one more course.
https://www2.tesu.edu/listall.php?_gl=1*...1563778133
Keep in mind you can ask for a 8-week extension in a TESU course if you need to.
So your 18cr AOS electives would be:
Software Engineering (UL) TESU
Database Management (UL) TESU
System Analysis and Design (UL) TESU
Management of Information Systems (UL) Study.com
Introduction to Information Technology Sophia
Introduction to Networking Sophia
Then also take:
Sophia
Introduction to Programming in Java
Calculus I
Study.com
Operating Systs
Discrete Math
Cmp Architecture (UL)
Instead of doing the flat-rate term, you could pay for the Capstone, then pay the residency fee. It's about the same cost either way.
Thankkkkkkks!!!
I updated my study plan CS Study plan
1. In order to improve my GPA, cherry-picking the easiest courses to take at TESU during a flat-rate term to get the highest GPA possible
-- is it OK if I pick COS-4510 Artificial Intelligence+ COS-2050 Python Programming ? It seems that these 2 courses have mid-term exams, I hope they will not be too difficult.
so all I pay is: one flat-rate term+1 capstone fee,
1) In 1st term, I have to finish:
--at TESU
CIS-3510 Software Engineering
CIS-3110 Database Management
CIS-3200 System Analysis and Design I
COS-4510 Artificial Intelligence?
COS-2050 Python Programming ?
--at study.com or Sophia
Sophia
Introduction to Programming in Java
Calculus I
Study.com
Operating Systs
Discrete Math
Cmp Architecture (UL)
2)In 2nd term:
finish Capstone, then graduate
Is my understanding correct?
2. For the 18cr AOS electives:
Software Engineering (UL) TESU
Database Management (UL) TESU
System Analysis and Design (UL) TESU
Management of Information Systems (UL) Study.com
Introduction to Information Technology Sophia
Introduction to Networking Sophia
Because 6 credits have been transfer into my AOS electives, and if CIS-3999 can be moved to my AOS, then I got 9 credits.
My question is, from the list you gave me, if I pick the first 3 courses from TESU,(so my AOS would be 18 credits) should I take the other 3 courses?
Thanks!
Since Systems Analysis is only offered on even months, then you could only take:
LIB-495 Liberal Arts Capstone
CIS-3510 Software Engineering
CIS-3110 Database Management
Find another 2 courses to avoid paying a $3,354 residency waiver fee.
If you don't need extra courses, don't take them unless you have some free time left on your Sophia membership.
You can ask academic advising via email to confirm that Sophia Intro to Programming Java will work for the Intro to Programming requirement and have it "planned" for your degree.
The Sophia Equivency list for TESU is made from people that confirmed courses transferred into TESU.
https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/So...lency_List
COS-1110 Introduction to Programming is required to meet the Intro to Programming requirement for the BA CS degree. The advisor may have gotten confused or didn't know if that Sophia course would work.
It would take about 15 extra courses to do the BSBA CIS. If you can fly through 7+ Sophia courses in a month, then 2-3 months would be added to the time to complete your degrees at TESU.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.
Course Experience: CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning.
Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management

Since you already have gotten a Study.com coupon and signed up, make sure to complete all the required Comp Sci/CIS courses through them. Work on Sophia.org afterwards, you don't want to have two subscriptions open at once. Did you also check to see if you can register for the TECEPs I mentioned? You don't need too much, it'll take a little time for the Sophia.org and TECEPs to be done...

I registered for Network Technology in October 2023, but TESU wants to charge me 1635$!!!
I put the registered and tuition screenshot on my Google drive, on the Tuition sheet, could you help me with it? Study plan

You registered for the CLASS, not the TECEP. The TECEP has a slightly different number in the course lookup. It should be CIS-3540-TE or CIS-3540-T. If the number does not contain a T in it, it is a CLASS. You need to drop the class and register for the TECEP.

It happens! Their registration process has always been confusing. It used to be worse in some ways, if you can believe that.
