I would not take the Network Technology TECEP. You don't need it, especially if CIS-3999 gets moved to your AOS. Network Technology is an extremely difficult exam with a very low pass rate. Instead, to fill out your UL credits, go with:
Computer Science 306: Computer Architecture at Study.com
Existing CIS-3999 if possible or Saylor's Software Engineering
Computer Science 302: Systems Analysis & Design at Study.com
Computer Science 303: Database Management at Study.com
Business 303: Management Information Systems at Study.com
Do not take any TESU classes except for LIB-4950 Liberal Arts Capstone. The classes are not especially easy and it's not really worth it. Thanks!!! You guys are so amazing
(cuz I want to apply for a traditional CS master's program in Europe/USA later and My GPA is very low, just 2.8(from my 1st bachelor's degree))
I have one concern, I thought RA credits and a better GPA would be more recognizable, but is it worth getting RA credits(from other recommended provider) instead of using Study.com?
I am worried that some graduate schools didn't recognize these ACE credits. (I might apply for a cheaper or normal graduate school, like some state universities), So would this be a concern? Should I worry about this?
I didn't find any related threads about this question, so could you give me some advice, Thanks!!!

If you have a low GPA, then the LAST thing you should be doing is taking the toughest courses possible at TESU.
Calculus is tough for most people, and taking that course by itself would be a challenge, let alone adding more courses on top of that. Easiest place to take calculus is at Sophia.
I would suggest cherry-picking the easiest courses to take at TESU during a flat-rate term to get the highest GPA possible:
LIB-4950 Liberal Arts Capstone (no exams for the course though has other exams that you don't need to study for)
CIS-3510 Software Engineering (no exams)
CIS-3110 Database Management (no exams)
CIS-3200 System Analysis and Design I (no exams)
Find one more course.
https://www2.tesu.edu/listall.php?_gl=1*...1563778133
Keep in mind you can ask for a 8-week extension in a TESU course if you need to.
So your 18cr AOS electives would be:
Software Engineering (UL) TESU
Database Management (UL) TESU
System Analysis and Design (UL) TESU
Management of Information Systems (UL) Study.com
Introduction to Information Technology Sophia
Introduction to Networking Sophia
Then also take:
Sophia
Introduction to Programming in Java
Calculus I
Study.com
Operating Systs
Discrete Math
Cmp Architecture (UL)
Instead of doing the flat-rate term, you could pay for the Capstone, then pay the residency fee. It's about the same cost either way.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.
Course Experience: CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning.
Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management

Basically, if you're going to try and get that overall GPA up, you would need more than the one capstone course. I would still recommend the 15 credit flat term rate to use for 'easy' courses and if you want to do another BSBA CIS, you can do a second term if you have the energy, money, time for that.
As I mentioned earlier, you can do a flat rate for the two capstones and any 3 easy courses... There are plenty of institutions that should accept you with a slightly higher GPA by completing that one course, in fact, a few of them will accept a 2.5 or higher into their Masters as they're semi to non competitive institutions, public/state institutions.
It really depends on your needs/wants, your budget, commitments, energy, study habits, etc. You may want to complete the addendum and template, for a sample list of Master programs... You can review these links from this post and for extra review, read the entire thread: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...#pid390874

I updated my study plan CS Study plan
1. In order to improve my GPA, cherry-picking the easiest courses to take at TESU during a flat-rate term to get the highest GPA possible
-- is it OK if I pick COS-4510 Artificial Intelligence+ COS-2050 Python Programming ? It seems that these 2 courses have mid-term exams, I hope they will not be too difficult.
so all I pay is: one flat-rate term+1 capstone fee,
1) In 1st term, I have to finish:
--at TESU
CIS-3510 Software Engineering
CIS-3110 Database Management
CIS-3200 System Analysis and Design I
COS-4510 Artificial Intelligence?
COS-2050 Python Programming ?
--at study.com or Sophia
Sophia
Introduction to Programming in Java
Calculus I
Study.com
Operating Systs
Discrete Math
Cmp Architecture (UL)
2)In 2nd term:
finish Capstone, then graduate
Is my understanding correct?
2. For the 18cr AOS electives:
Software Engineering (UL) TESU
Database Management (UL) TESU
System Analysis and Design (UL) TESU
Management of Information Systems (UL) Study.com
Introduction to Information Technology Sophia
Introduction to Networking Sophia
Because 6 credits have been transfer into my AOS electives, and if CIS-3999 can be moved to my AOS, then I got 9 credits.
My question is, from the list you gave me, if I pick the first 3 courses from TESU,(so my AOS would be 18 credits) should I take the other 3 courses?
Thanks!

This is not going to work. Your first (and only!) term at TESU should include LIB-4950 capstone. It should be 5 classes total. You should not do a second term or take the capstone separately, if you can avoid this. It just makes things more expensive and time-consuming for you. Artificial Intelligence has been reported to be relatively easy, though, so you might be able to do it with the others. You'd need to drop one of the other courses to make room for LIB-4950.
However, some of these classes are not offered every term. You need to make sure that there is a term where you can take all courses together. If Software Engineering is only offered in odd-numbered months and Artificial Engineering is only offered in even-numbered months, for example, you cannot take them together.

You only need 15 UL credits + the capstone. Except for Computer Architecture (which is a degree requirement), how you do that is up to you. If your CIS-3999 can be moved to the AOS, that is one fewer UL course that you need to take at TESU.
My suggestion for your UL credit would be:
- Capstone LIB-4950 (degree requirement)
- Computer Architecture @ Study.com (degree requirement)
Plus pick 4 of the following:
- CIS-3999
- Software Engineering @ Saylor OR TESU
- Artificial Intelligence @ TESU
- Database Management @ TESU
- Management Information Systems @ Study.com
- Systems Analysis & Design @ TESU
This would mean that your flat-rate term would look something like:
- LIB-4950
- Artificial Intelligence
- Software Engineering
- Database Management
- Python Programming
Keep in mind that the point of the flat rate term is twofold: a.) gain residency credits and b.) get good grades to raise your GPA. For this, you want to be taking the easiest possible courses. Try not to get fancy or creative here. Try to go with classes where you already have some familiarity with the subject. If you want to really learn something, there are tons of courses and certificates that you can take for free or for cheap elsewhere both for yourself and to prove knowledge to future employers. Your goal right now is simply to get a Computer Science degree. Focus on that goal and keep things as simple as possible.

I'm sorry I messed things up, Thanks for helping me make my goal clear!!! I will keep that in mind!
I'm confused, cuz I heard other students say that, if your required courses + electives(I'm not sure if they're AOS electives or just electives) are less than 36 credits, students are not allowed to select the capstone, is that right?
Thanks!!!

Yes, you need at least 100 credits and a certain number of UL before you can take the capstone. You should do everything else needed from Sophia or Study.com before you start your TESU term.
With your general education credits waived and your electives full because of your prior degree, this puts you at 75 credits. Add in whatever credits TESU puts in your AOS from your prior degree. Counting CIS-3999, you should be at about 90 credits if I counted correctly. This means you need about 4 more classes (10+ credits) from Study.com and/or Sophia before you can start your TESU term.
Here is what I would do:
If you haven't already done so, pay for the Medical Terminology TECEP but do not actually take it. If TESU asks, you can tell them that you're doing this for your own knowledge purposes (which is true, in a way), but still do not take the TECEP. This is crucial to the rest of your degree journey because it makes TESU consider you to be a fully enrolled student. Fully enrolled students may send in unlimited transcripts for evaluation.
Complete Discrete Math, Operating Systems, and Computer Architecture at Study.com. This should take 1 or 2 months. Send your Study.com transcript to TESU.
Complete Programming and Calculus I at Sophia.org. Probably 1 month, maybe 2. If you have any leftover time, you may optionally also complete Introduction to Networking and/or Introduction to Relational Databases at Sophia. Send these classes to TESU on a Credly transcript.
Complete the 15-credit flat-rate term at TESU, including the Capstone.
Graduate!

@Felisa, To make things easier, you need a recap of what has been told, here's my details. Work on Sohpia.org, Study.com, then TESU. I would choose Sophia.org for the Intro to Java Programming along with Calculus I, and complete the remainder from Study.com and your total cost at TESU is the flat rate tuition for one term at $4299!! As I mentioned, invest in a second monitor if you don't already have one, only work on 1 flat rate term at TESU, not two. Again...
Total time & cost: 4 months at Sophia.org $299, 3 months at Study.com $420 (with 30% coupon), 3 months TESU flat rate $4299
Total time is 10 months, total cost is $5018, you get this done within a year and much cheaper than the two terms you said $8598!
One: This is how I will play things, skip the Medical Terminology TECEP, you have an opportunity to take up to 5 TECEPs free, you can add the Computer Concepts and Applications (CIS-1070-TE) and the Network Technology (CMP-3540-TE), you want to register and see if they charge you, if they don't, take it for the enrollment purposes and a chance at getting the credit, do the CIS-1070 first, use the practice test for Saylor.org CS402: Computer Communications and Networks, then take the Network Technology TECEP.
Two: Take CSM Learn (Intro to Algorithms, Quantitative Literacy), then Sophia.org for a month if you don't want to take 4 months there. It's just $75 with coupon, do the Calculus I and Intro to Java Programming, and Statistics. I wanted you to take the 4 months just in case you want to get the BSBA CIS freebie, you can get almost all the business courses through them, it's very easy.
Three: Take Study.com for 3 months to complete the required courses listed for the BACS only (for now, there will be a couple of courses you can take for the BSBA CIS though if you want that degree as well). Update your spreadsheet with the Sophia.org and also Study.com courses mentioned previously. It prepares you for TESU courses for your final flat rate term...
Four: Work on your TESU final flat rate term, here is where you will have 'discrepancies' as everyone gives different advice. 1,2,3 will be the very similar or identical courses, 4 is going be where you decide which way you swing. Here's an example of someone doing the BACS/BA Biology and adding the BSBA CIS as it gives more ROI/Value for little extra work: Degree Advice for a semi-successful dropout
To get into greater detail of step four, the person also is missing 'business core classes' which I told them to do entirely through Sophia.org and the FREE TECEPs. If you take a couple more months on Sophia.org and, you can get the BSBA CIS free, you add 3 TECEPs to the two above to get all 5 freebies: Introduction to Marketing (MKT-2010-TE), Principles of Managerial Accounting (ACC-1020-TE), and Business in Society (BUS-3110-TE)

Thanks!!!!! Thanks for giving me so many useful advises!!!!
I discussed my study plan with one of the advisors yesterday.
1.Intro to Programming
She said, the only course I could take at Sophia to complete the required course in my degree is Calculus I.
Any computer science courses, including Intro to Programming, should be taken from Study.com.
2. Why study a master's degree in Europe?
I thought Europe would be easier to immigrate to than the USA, although the CS salary is higher in the USA, it is very very hard to get a green card!!! If I graduate from my CS master's program, I could only get a 3-year OPT to work in the USA, but after that...I don't know where to go.

Keep in mind you can ask for a 8-week extension in a TESU course if you need to.
So your 18cr AOS electives would be:
Software Engineering (UL) TESU
Database Management (UL) TESU
System Analysis and Design (UL) TESU
Management of Information Systems (UL) Study.com
Introduction to Information Technology Sophia
Introduction to Networking Sophia
Then also take:
Sophia
Introduction to Programming in Java
Calculus I
Study.com
Operating Systs
Discrete Math
Cmp Architecture (UL)
Instead of doing the flat-rate term, you could pay for the Capstone, then pay the residency fee. It's about the same cost either way.
Thanks!!!!
My advisor told me, that the only course I could take at Sophia to complete the required course in my degree is Calculus I.
She said I can't study Intro to Java at Sophia.
All the computer science courses should be finished at study.com.
What she said was a bit different from what you said, which made me more confused...
Maybe TESU changed the policy?
