Hello,
I'm originally from Canada but permanently moved to the US with my parents just a few months ago. I have a Canadian high school diploma, so I was wondering if the "Big 3" schools would recognize and allow me to use it. Or do I have to start from scratch and get a GED first?
Thanks.

You will need to get it evaluated by a recognized organization and then send it to one of the big 3. It depends also on your province. In Quebec, high school is completed at grade 11, but USA system requires grade 12. In general, you should be fine.
