I don't know from experience, so someone may be able to correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe I've seen that Saylor is fine about approving classes for your ACE transcript in normal time, but it's their NCCRS requests that take forever.

If that's true, and you have other ACE classes that you'll be sending anyway so their wont be additional fees, use the ACE service for Saylor courses that are ACE approved instead of going the NCCRS route (since many of their courses are approved by both services). For some Saylor courses you might not have the ACE option, but worth it for those that you do have the option on.

+1, when you submit your Saylor courses that are only NCCRS recommended for credit , it's sent directly from Saylor to COSC/TESU, etc.
It takes a little longer, about 3-4 weeks, if it's delayed, it's just a week or so... you should be fine if you're just enrolling by August 22.
Saylor will just indicate your taking a NCCRS and send over the transcript directly to the school.
You just need to fill in the form to request credit. http://www.saylor.org/credit/

I made a transcript request for a NCCRS Saylor course last week and it took TESU a week to receive it. I had also added an ACE-approved Saylor course to my transcript weeks ago and Saylor approved it the next day. Just in case anyone is wondering.

good to see. sounds like maybe they got their NCCRS act together (or the person i saw who had issues with it was just a one-off thing or something)
