Do you have to be in the army/navy to register for the peterson site?any other suggestions for taking practice clep tests on-line?

Did you actually score 459 on MIS DSST? Wow, what was your secret in studying...I'm actually taking it tomorrow afternoon and I am panicking...I need to pass...it's my last requirement. Any help is appreciated.
