health policy and law

I'm in a. US health policy and law class, they want a 15pg paper on the health policy of state or national laws that relates to kids nutrition, fastfood, schools ect. I'm not a healthcare major so I have no idea where to start looking or how to write anything that long. Its the last requirement for my degree besides a couple electives. The paper isn't due til november so I have time. I already finished 2 other classes final projects because I felt froggy. Any ideas for sources, sites books journals. Or a good outline may be

Sounds like an exciting paper! IMO, it is best to have reputable sources: Fed/State Government, Nutritional Organization/Medical Journal articles. Below are some starting points. When you find articles that interest you, follow the chain of cited information through the listed references.
