Yes, it could be a problem. Depending on where you live, what the job requirements are, if you have experience, etc. The ENEB Masters have very limited utility. You may want to look into persuing a Pierpont Associates and/or UMPI bachelor

There are several Masters degree providers that will allow people with significant work experience to bypass the bachelors degree, but they are not common enough to have most HR/Interviewers be familiar with it. Expect to be questioned on this a lot.

@Times, Welcome to the board, great introduction post but it's missing almost everything, it's like you're asking to get some coffee but not telling anyone else what you need in the coffee and have them order it for you. As you're in the degree planning advice subarea, you missed the addendum and template, you should really take some time to fill this in so we get the entire overview of what's happening and what you can do to improve your chances. I usually recommend the trifecta of certs, degree, experience, to strengthen your application, at the time being, we don't know your age or any other demographics and what you're applying for, etc. Without info, we can't advise or assist much at all, so help us help you by providing a bigger/clearer overview of your situation. What can I do in this situation 1. Be honest.
2. Keep details at hand about the colleges (ENEB/ISABEL) and the Spainish education system to show if needed.
3. Consider additional degrees.
During a house fire I lost my High School diploma. Shortly thereafter I went to an interview with a Bachelors Degree diploma in hand. The position only required a High School diploma, but the interviewer could only fixate on my not having the High School. diploma in hand.

And to answer your questions... Will this be a problem? Well, yes and no. It really depends on the person interviewing you and what they think it to be, if you explain things briefly yet clearly or concisely, there shouldn't be any problems. Again, without much details from you, it's really hard to provide concrete advice.
What can I do in this situation? Easy, don't do a video interview, do a telephone or voice interview and they won't look at you strangely. What if that's how people look, it may be that you're looking at them strangely, thus, they're doing the same thing with you and reciprocating what they're feeling. Be yourself!

That is crazy, I have worked for a lot of businesses in the last 36 years and I have never had to show the physical diploma. Normally if a company wants to verify your information, they will call the school directly or use a transcript verification service. Tons of people can create their own diplomas in an image editor so the paper version is too easy to duplicate/forge.

Yeah it will be a problem. If you're in the US, you'd have a lot of explaining to do and rarely get to the interview stage for a job because no one here has a master's without a bachelor's degree. Let alone a foreign one so it could look like a diploma mill kind of situation.

If money is an issue, a UMPI degree is going to be the fastest/cheapest way to get a Bachelor's degree ASAP so that potential employers no longer thing you're "strange" for lacking one.

Oh, another workaround for this is simple, you can get the ENEB double MBA/Masters, have it evaluated with two different NACES providers, you'll get a Bachelors and a graduate certificate. If you need a Masters, you can have another ENEB added and have Validential evaluate that as a Masters, thus... you have your trifecta of Bachelors, grad cert, Masters! Review the ENEB link on my signature to the WIKI...
