I had been all geared up to do a BSHS degree at TESC. I sent my transcripts *months* ago... got an email stating I had been accepted into the program. Well I just got an email from the school saying there had been a mistaake and I would not qualify for that program:eek:
The lady suggested I go for a BA/Liberal Studies b/c it is easy & pretty quick. Assuming I did that I would also do an AA/Liberal Studies.
This is the thing, I currently work in the health field (but nothing major), and I'd like to eventually do a Bachelor's to RN program. Or go into Therapy of some kind (OT, PT, or Speech, not psychology). So what to do? Should I do what they suggest and just get a basic BA, or should I head for a BS of some kind?
I am still on the "unofficial" transcript eval waiting list apparently b/c I haven't heard from any advisor yet. I have taken a little break from testing due to busy holiday schedule & small children, but am ready to get going w/ that again. Thus my FEMA thread/questions
Does anyone have a suggestion on what I could/should do at this point? My plans would change slightly based on which way I go... for instance I would do chemistry for the BS but not the BA.
Thoughts? TIA!!!
