Yes I would strongly recommend Firefox! It Rocks!
I'm sorry you can't install Firefox, look and see if you could take them through your local library's website. They usually have a section called online databases and there is a ton of stuff on my library's site.

I am unable to access these. Additionally when using the library link it asks me for the 14 digit library number and the PIN.

I tried the link and I was asked for a library card number and PIN. Does anyone who got through know a better way? I am trying to get a practice test on Substance Abuse. I take the exam 10/9/2009.

Were you trying the link at the beginning of this thread, or the link in the thread I gave you? I've never been asked for a library card and PIN (at the place I linked you to), and I tried a few minutes ago to make sure it was still working. If it's not working for you, then scroll down in the aforementioned thread...there should be at least one more link for you to try.
