Any ideas on where I can pick up 3 upper credits at a good
price in emergency management. I need these to complete
my focus at Excelsior. FCC has a course but it is too expensive

A number of Emergency Management courses that are taught by TEEX (Texas Engineering Extension) are ACE for UL. Including the following:

MGT-319 Bioterrorism: Mass Prophylaxis Preparedness and Planning 1 UD Credit

MGT-315 Enhanced Threat and Risk Assessment 1 UD Credit

MGT-310 WMD:Threat and Risk Assessment 2 UD Credits

All of these courses are free to attend, but you will need to coordinate with your region or state EM agency to enroll.
