I am hopefully beginning my last semester with liberty. I have 24 hours to go. If all goes as planned I am enrolled in my last 18 hours. My plan includes DSST tests for Principles of Finance as well as Money and Banking. If I don't pass these finishing will have to be put off a half semester. Are there alternative tests in case i don't pass? I found the Excelsior for Finance but haven't seen anything for Money and Banking. Any ideas? I need backup plans since these subjects aren't in my wheelhouse and the tests are a little more difficult than some other exams.

Does it have to be Money and Banking because there are a lot of other business tests and Straighterline courses to take? CSU Global also offers a test for Managerial Economics.

Doesnt have to be Money and banking. It is the only option left in either CLEP or DSST. I have taken everything at SL that Liberty will transfer. It has to be an upper level BUS, ECON or ACCT course

It's hard to recommend something without knowing what Liberty considers UL. Do they go by ACE recommendations?
TESC offers several UL TECEPs in business. I know Liberty accepts NA credits, so you can also look into taking an UL course from Penn Foster.

If you intend of moving to other parts of the country, a nationally accredited school may be a better option. Ultimately a nationally accredited school is typically a smarter option because the school will be recognized more easily no matter where you may have to go in order to find a job.
What you said is the exact opposite of the truth. Regionally accredited is more widely accepted than nationally accredited.

That is what I thought. My goals are an eventual MBA. I have had the luxury of a paid year off after working as an executive in business for 15+ years. I have used the time to complete my degree with the aid of some testing. I plan to continue school after I return to work. May is my definite graduation deadline.

Regional accreditation is considered more prestigious than national accreditation. In fact, federal student aid is not available to students at schools that only hold national accreditation. A school must be regionally accredited before it can be granted student aid funds.
