Easy easy test. Spend some time with the IC Flash cards, and you are good to go.

Off topic....Is Heres to Your Health comparable to a Nutrition Class. I have an Upper Biology credit with this Nutr. class and don't want to overlap....thanks

How long do you need with just the flash cards?
