But look at that asking or selling price of $55 million! I mean, I don't think they'll get close to that deal... Wow, they used to own two for profits that brought in close to 1 billion in revenue in 2012, fast forward 10 years, they've gone down the drain...

Looks like I was right. Some time ago I wrote "I wish Zovio --- nothing. And that's likely what they'll end up with." Seems that's coming true. Zovio had a disaster with their problematic Ashford U. - then they sold it to U. of Arizona, and were to handle the University's distance operation. The University later cancelled their contract.
I just checked their stock. 14 cents a share. Definitely an appropriate time to dissolve. The only people who will shed a tear are the investors. And of course, those who lost jobs.
