They have called themselves a Collegiate University as a Service "Similar to Harvard or Oxford", and have had a Computer Science program but only for certain students in some African country zone.

Their supposed accreditation in Malta is programatic for certain Masters, most of their programs are ironically, seemingly fully unnacredited.

There is some confusion, to be clear... The Computer Science program you're referring for certain students in some African countries only applies to their Kibo School partnership, not the others in their list of partner schools.

They're pretty transparent on accreditation, they passed my research for this, it's the first thing I looked at when I reviewed them... I don't see any unaccredited programs at all. Here's their Malta link: https://woolf.university/legal/accreditation-malta

As you mentioned and have an updated edit, their PhD programs that I mentioned above in my first post are from the GCAS partnership, along with other Masters programs I have links for, they are all searchable in the Malta database you have linked.
