I am not affiliated with SaverLife in any way, I just thought you guys would like to know about this. This program was put together by the nonprofit EARN to get people saving their money. It's like Modern States, but focused on saving your money instead of CLEP. They do say on the site that spots are limited, so I would join now rather than later.
Step 1) Go to https://www.saverlife.org/ and sign up
Step 2) Link a banking account to your SaverLife account. It helps if it is a savings account you don't use often because SaverLife will monitor the total of the account to see if you saved. Linking a checking account you use daily would fluctuate too much
Step 3) Save at least $20 a month in your linked account for the next six months
Step 4) For every month you save at least $20, SaverLife will give you $10. If you fail at your goal one month, you can still try again the next month
Step 5) After six months, SaverLife will transfer the $60 (or however much you earned) to your linked bank account
I'm in month two right now, and have just transferred my second $20 to my savings account. The site takes a few days to register your deposit, but once it does, the site notifies you at the end of the month if you hit your goal and registers your $10 bonus.
If your family members are 18, each have their own e-mail address and bank account in their name, you could each get the bonus, if I'm reading the FAQ correctly:
