This has been a really interesting conversation, since I am interested in taking GRE Subject Tests also and going on to grad school.
I just wanted to add that EC does not grade any CLEPs. (The chart is just confusing on this.) They also no longer grade about 1/3 of the DSSTs. They do still give grades for about 2/3 of the DSSTs.
