Schools are silly. They use the same thing to mean different things. There are two different types of residency: state residency and school residency. If you live in NJ, you have state residency and get in-state tuition. That's what that residency means. School residency pertains to how many credits you've taken at that school. Each institution has a different requirement. With Excelsior, the minimum is 7 credits. With COSC, the minimum is 6 credits. With TESU, the minimum is 6 w/ fee or 16 if you don't want to pay the fee. With UMPI, residency is 30 credits.

For colleges, there are 2 types of residency
1) credits taken at that school (most schools require 30-60cr in residency, although some require more or less, TESU requires 6cr
2) where you live, which gets you in-state or out-of-state tuition

So at TESU, their residency waiver applies to number of credits - you can take 16cr at TESU, OR you can pay them a fee to avoid 10cr

I don't see any reason to get a BALS and a BSBA. Get one or the other. There is just no benefit to getting a BALS, it adds nothing of value to your degree.

As for getting a BSBA in Finance, Study.com has 5 UL courses that can be used in the AOS, it's uncertain that they will accept FIN-301 there and let you use FIN-200 in the core. So you might have to find a 3cr course in Finance that doesn't duplicate what's cheaply available.

Basically, most of us on this board would refrain from a Masters at the Big 3 unless you can get the tuition really cheap - such as working for the DOD or be an active service person/vet...  I would not use the Bachelors to Masters option as a Masters degree at a Big 3 either as the cost, energy, time would exceed or be much more than a Competency Based degree at one of the recommended options... Essentially, you only can get 12 credits at the price of undergrad credits.  I would shoot for just the two BALS/BSBA without concentrations and go for a competency based Masters instead.

To answer your private message, yes.  I can guide you through the steps.  Your first homework actually is to compare what is required and what has been completed... So go to post#9, download either of the spreadsheets and edit the two degree plans with what you have completed.  1) Paste your finished product to a reply and invest in a second monitor if you haven't done already. 2) Use Sophia.org for your remaining Lower Level requirements  3) Use Coopersmith, Davar, Study.com for the remaining Upper Level requirements

I wouldn't waste my time on the BALS, you're much better off getting a BSBA w/FIN concentration and taking your final Finance course at TESU.  I'd do the cornerstone, capstone and FIN-382: Risk Management, and then 3 easy e-Pack courses - all in a single term to take advantage of the full-time flat-rate tuition (only $3,579 for you).  You do all the remaining courses you need through Sophia and Study.com, pick 3 courses you can test out of via the e-Pack option (https://www2.tesu.edu/listallc.php?type=EP), test out of those early on in the term, and then spend all of your time on your 3 regular courses there.  This is THE easiest way to get that degree at TESU.

A term is 12 weeks you think is not hard to do all those course at the same time, I was reading on the forum that the Capstone is very complicated one.
I'm trying to do the same but only taking the Cornerstone/Capstone together incase I do not make it to do a bunch a courses and not finished any one and loosing the flat fee.
I want to ask if it possible to do the capstone first I you still have to other course credits pending in the area of study, or it requires that you have all finished and the Capstone at last moment finishing the Degree.

TESU expects the capstone to be one of the last classes you take. If you finish the capstone and you have not fulfilled all degree requirements then you must take whatever courses are necessary to fill those requirements.

https://chss.rowan.edu/centers/inter_maj.../cadp.html If both BA/MBA is something you're interested in, I'd recommend this program. You could take 4 grad courses as an undergrad for UG tuition as a senior privilege, + 15 for the BA core course and that would meet your counts toward 30 credit hour residency (90 transfer credit accepted). You could get the Spanish credit with an internal examination process, so ACTFL is not even needed. The MBA program is AACSB vetted, so would be much better than TESU's. Total cost for in-state would be ~9k for the UG part and ~15k for one year MBA.
