Who should I email to for the payment

Hi there, I have signed for the graduation sheet and I have no idea how to make the payment. It said by using ROAR, yet I've no idea how to proceed. I have chosen to graduate on August 2, but I don't know who to email for the payment issue. I have received my login credentials ( the ones starting with the letter R), and my Pierpont email.  Does anyone know who should I email about the issue? Besides, based on the forum experience, when will I receive my physical diplomas? I lived outside of North America.

You couldn't graduate yesterday as the deadline for summer graduation was June 7th.

Next graduation is December.

Once your graduation application is processed they will send you the information on how to pay.

I've sent the graduation information (on May 13) to Nancy yet I haven't received any information on how to pay. Do you have any ideas on how to proceed? or who to email? thanks!

My son was wondering why he hadn't heard back when he applied and we found out someone else has taken it over.
Hopefully he can set you on the right path.

You can pay there, if any payment is required.

Have you sent an application for graduation? It had to be sent not to Nancy, but to Registrar office.
But this also can be checked in ROAR.

My son was not able to pay until his application was approved. 
There was no fee in his ROAR account until they approved the application for graduation.

I really hope it is so as I never received a reply from Nancy (April/May/June), luckly I was able to receive an application for graduation from other people.
And the next appeared in the middle of July in ROAR:
New Student Fee, Summer Semester 2024, $130.
At that moment my status have changed, Registered for Term: Yes (for Summer Semester 2024)

huiwh1998, check the next in ROAR:
1) Student - Student Records - Unofficial Academic Transcript - "BOG 1001" course should be there.
2) Student - Student Records - View Application To Graduate - there must be shown the sent application with full details.
3) Student - Student Account - Account Detail for Term - there should be some records, not just 0

If for 2/3 it is not so - you are not graduated during Summer 2024.

Same, seems that Pierpont now doesn't post the fee to ROAR until students either 1) register for their first courses (DF'ers going for the BOG AAS almost never take any) or 2) apply for graduation. 
However, you can email the student accounts department to ask them to put it through manually. Send a request to studentaccounts@pierpont.edu with your student ID from your Pierpont email.

I can’t even get a reply about anything from them. Has anybody recently sent them money? Getting nervous about sending them a few hundred dollars at this point. They don’t answer emails or phone calls.
