Lifespan's pretty easy if you've already knocked out the other Psychology exams. Same with Fundamentals of Counseling. Public speaking and anthropology would probably be my picks after the previous two. The rest are either pretty darn tough, or deal with sciences.
Edit: Didn't see Foundations of Education in there. You can slide that in at the end of the list. It's doable, but you'll need to study for that "A" unless you have an education background.
