Okay, I need to get at least 3 credits of Mathematics knocked out. Which test would you recommend? A little background to consider....I haven't taken a math class of any sort since high school almost 20 years ago. I consider myself to be good with numbers, but haven't touched geometry or algebra since high school.
Taking all of that into consideration, which Math test do you think is the easiest? I was planning to start studying for the College Mathematics CLEP.

College Math if you are looking for something broad. College Algebra if you are looking for something more specialized (deep).

I would say DSST Business Mathematics (since you only needed 3 credits), followed by CLEP College Mathematics if the first is not acceptable for your program.
As you mention that you're good with numbers you should find Business Mathematics easy and maybe fun. It doesn't go deep nor wide in its coverage. You can quickly check you readiness in the DSST Official Prep:

Otherwise, College Mathematics is also a good option which doesn't go very deep but you'll find the coverage to be wider (10% Logic, 10% Set theory, 25% Probability & Statistics, 20% Real Number System, 15% Additional Algebra/Geometry). It's still a very doable exam and doesn't take
a lot to prepare for it nor much to guarantee passing (you can quickly go over or totally skip the subjects with smaller percentages and still have a good chance of passing). If memory serves me well, Cracking the CLEP had good and concise prep. IC material is also not so bad.
I'm not sure what level of Algebra you had taken back in HS, but College Algebra would involve relatively considerable amount of preparation if you had not taken Algebra I/II back then and have been out of practice for a while.
