I have several options for an Accounting course through Straighterline. At first I was just going to take Managerial Accounting, since I know nothing about accounting; but then I realized I had other options. I can take:
Accounting I
Financial Accounting
Accounting II
Managerial Accounting
I saw that SL recommended taking Accounting I and/or II before Managerial Accounting, so that was my hesitation. Would I be better off taking Accounting I and II, or taking a combo, like Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting? I have no background or knowledge in accounting, so I'm guessing they are all going to be about the same difficulty??
Thanks for the help!

I'm working on BS Information Systems through Liberty University. Accounting I and Financial Accounting will fit under the Financial Accounting (ACCT211) category through Liberty; Accounting II and Managerial Accounting will fit under Managerial Accounting (ACCT 212) through Liberty.

Read the course syllabus, see which one is more interesting to you.
If you only need two to transfer to Liberty, do the one that seems more interesting to you.
OR, if you prefer, take the two that goes in order...
Such as both Accounting I&II or Financial+Managerial...

I think Financial Accounting is easier to learn, and useful to understand. I would take Accounting I. If you need 2, take Acct I & II.
