- A biology course
- A statistics course
- A research methods course
However, many of the MSW programs require none of those. (For example, Boise and WNMU do not.) Even if the school you attend doesn't require it, I do recommend taking a stats and research methods course, because those will help you get through the research methods coursework required in the MSW.
For Biology, there is Biology 101L from Study.com and BIO-210 from Olivet Nazarene https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Ol...University The SDC course meets UMPI's degree requirements. The ONU course is a graded course from an actual university that DOES NOT meet UMPI's degree requirements. But, it does have a grade and grad schools might like that. These shouldn't overlap at UMPI, but I don't know for sure.
ONU also has Stats, if you need graded Stats. Again, a grad school might prefer graded Stats. An easier source for Statistics would be Sophia, but that might not prepare you for the future coursework. More thorough than either Sophia or ONU would be Statistics for the Behavioral Sciences from ALEKS https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/ALEKS It's not quite as cheap as Sophia, but it could be as cheap as $20 if you're able to finish within a month or $50 if it takes you 2-3 months: https://www.aleks.com/buy_aleks_now I have no idea what UMPI would bring the ALEKS course in as. It might or might not be the same as the ONU course. Whether or not you use ALEKS for credit, I strongly recommend using it to gain a deeper understanding of Statistics.
For Research Methods, I don't think that there is any cheap graded/RA credit now that the UExcel is gone. SDC would be the best option (for now) for this.
