I know there is a DSST for CybSec but I don't think I've ever seen an IC for the DSST. How new is the DSST?

Do you have industry or work experience in the subject? If you do you may pass without study. How did you do on the sample questions on the exam information sheet? They were representative of the difficulty of the questions on the exam. I did CompTIA Security+ in 2005. From what I remember from that exam and the DSST (I passed this month) there is a fair amount of overlap.

Thanks for the info folks. I know for sure it's on Peterson's, but thought it was here too. Guess not. I do not come from cybsec background, so I'm not feeling super optimistic.

Thanks all.

I'm don't really have a cybersec background. More general IT, Microsoft, AD, Exchange, etc.

I think of people with CISSP as the 'real' cybersec practitioners.
