I personally would not waste time trying to complete one college's requirements at another college. I would think that most colleges have similar (not exact) requirements for the Psych degree. But if you want to fill your elective areas with more psychology courses that you think might benefit you, then have at it.
Here are some options:
CSU-Pueblo IS ($495/course)
UnivofIdaho IS ($510/course)
BYU iS ($534/course)
LSU DL ($619/course)
I noticed with your first post though, that you said you didn't want any deadlines or assignments, and I think that all of these will have those (not certain). Assignments at the very least, not certain of deadlines. There aren't any other test-out options for the courses you want to take.

As you make a degree plan, you have to keep in mind that every college's degree requirements differ slightly. So, if you choose to consider Excelsior, Thomas Edison, or Charter Oak, you'll have to do a degree plan for each of those and see what's the better fit. Matching courses/exams to WSU won't help you unless you're thinking of attending WSU- and in that case you'd have to see what exams that they accept.

I don't know why I want to match WSU.... I just want to feel I have the knowledge I desire. Addiction counseling ( which could be a requirement for apart of a BA at Excelsior) is something I am not interested in right now. However, I will learn and then test out IF it comes down to that. I want to look around and see if I can found those last 4 classes that I DO desire to learn from, and see if they can be apart of one of the big 3 colleges or other colleges. If not, I have that plan B.
It's going to be a while until I feel confident enough to test out of anything, though. I learn more for the knowledge then a degree. That certification would be nice! Don't get me wrong! And that is why I am here... to amine for a psychology and maybe a social work degree sometime, just slowly. And my first prioritize is to get those 10 classes that WSU wants just as a personal goal. Even if they don't match up with anyone. I know.. I know.. silly. Just call it my addiction.

I think you'll meet your share of edu-addicts here lol.
Just so you're clear, WSU may or may not accept those tests as filling their degree requirements, you'd have to check.

COSC has child developmental psychology as a test but I believe it has to be taken on campus in CT. TESC offers an epack course, psychology of personality. The epack courses are $525/credit for non TESC students, $520/credit for out of state students, and $425/credit for NJ residents but are similar to testing out. There is a series of non graded quizzes to help with studying and a final exam. It is taken over a semester and is self paced. Some of the courses you are looking for will be difficult to find as a test but are available as self paced courses. Excelsior, TESC and COSC are all flexible when it comes to transfer credit but might not accept all challenge exams. PLA is another option based on your own studying but would require producing a written paper/portfolio demonstrating that you have the knowledge that would be acquired in a semester course. PLA is a good option for hard to find UL courses but can be more work, involves lots of writing.

You can test out of either course without being enrolled. But to graduate with a degree I would have to enroll correct? Would Excelsior still take those classes from those colleges since they don’t offer them?
