When is tuition due relative to the application date

I’ve been looking for the answer to this question in this forum but haven’t found it. The next application deadline for UMPI is 10/4. I am starting my transcript requests and will apply this week. Do I have to have the tuition payment by that time, or between 10/4 and the start of classes on 10/24, or something else?

Tuition has to be paid by the start of classes. If you're applying for financial aid, get your FAFSA filed now.

I just started on 8/29 and my tuition was due by 8/22
