Degree dilemma - dual enrollment?
#1
All,
My question:
Is it possible to be enrolled say at Excelsior for a bachelors in business, AND enroll at another school e.g. TESC to receive an associates in business at the same time?

Background:
I'm currently enrolled in Excelsior in their Associates Business program.
I need to get any degree within 6 months time and therefore I've enrolled in the AsB and I only need their WER and Statistics to achieve their requirements. I want to immediately go on and enroll in their bachelors program.

However I won't complete the degree in time to be conferred the AsB and then re-enroll for the Sept 1st deadline for the new BsB requirements.

They've offered to switch me to the bachelor's program (still checking if any cost for that).
I've requested the syllabus for the business capstone course, and it looks like alot of effort compared to the TECEP exam.

I'm considering the switch, but then would need to enroll in another school to get a general associates degree conferred very shortly.

Anyone done this? Any reason this would be an issue? Thoughts?

Does the associate have to be in business?

If not, why not swap your Bachleor's to the Business program, AND grab an Associate in Liberal Studies from Excelsior since you are already enrolled there?

Thats a good suggestion from Rusty Pipe- you can /should consider your liberal arts classes carefully so they work for your BSBA. Macro/Micro count as social sciences and will be business requirements. Also, if you do the AA you won't need stats and pre-calc math yet.
