I got kicked out last night so I called proctor U immediately after they then proceeded to get me back on test to continue so I finished test. Then I get email this morning from straighterline saying they were resetting my test since I was logged out during attempt. Feeling frustrated just want to give you all the heads up to never continue a test if you are kicked out. Calling Straighterline right now to tell them how upset I am that I wasted over an hour of my time. Don't want this to ever happen to anyone else.

I wouldn't give up that easy. I'd be after SL to reinstate the test. You followed the proctor's instructions and shouldn't be penalized.

I already have more than enough points to pass course called straighterline they said I had to retake. Tempted just to retake answer a couple questions and then submit since I've already passed.

This happened to me before, but instead of calling ProctorU or Straighterline,
I reconnected to the ProctorU or the exam right away and it was still in progress...
They let me continue and just "flagged" my account indicating I had technical errors.
All I did then was call SL after it posted, and they removed the notes, voila.. i got my score!

Screw it I just retook it obviously got much higher since I had alot more time. Since when I got kicked out last night I lost a ton of time. Just got an 85 on the management test glad that's done. But man what a waste of an afternoon

This happened to me the other day. I was disconnected but ProctorU actually called me on my cell phone to help me reconnect. I logged back in and they allowed me to finish my exam. Now Straighterline is saying I must retake it because I was disconnected. This is so frustrating. I have enough points to pass the class but I had paid the $8.75 to "Take it Now" so I might argue to have them honor that for my new exam.

Inform them that the ProctorU has a note about a technical difficulty and not that you need to redo the exam.
I had the same thing happen! See a couple posts down about my experience with them, similar issue for me.
