Setting me off? Hardly. But you're apparently upset over the evaluation for some reason and you let that out in this thread to the point of being accusatory over something that was completely harmless. It's not that you commented, because put a different way (without a baseless accusation) I wouldn't have even replied, but it's how you did it that warranted the response it received.
BTW, I wasn't looking for an apology, but offering one disingenuously isn't a good look.

i'm not sure what is giving the impression that i don't like the evaluation? i was just clarifying what the evaluation is.
i have no idea what the issue is, but i'll stop now. i'm not here to argue.

As I mentioned in the other thread, an "employment" evaluation (also called degree equivalency) is mainly aimed at Immigration work visas (aka H1B). I am on H1B and I have to submit this type of evaluation for every new H1B/Renewal/Transfer.
A more rigorous type of evaluation is the (more expensive) academic evaluation (also called course-by-course). This is the type of evaluation US schools need/use for admissions. This one will included a course-by-course analysis, and the US credit equivalent for each course.
