Waiver for Oral Communications at COSC

I am trying to put together a plan of attack for COSC and I saw that there is a possibility to waive the oral communications requirement if certain documentation is provided. It looks like the thread that dealt with is gone and just reads, "test page to redirect".

Any info available on this?

The waiver request packet should include:
Completed and signed Application for Waiver Form (Required)
Letter to Provost requesting waiver (Required)
Supporting documentation demonstrating proficiency (Required)
Signed letter from Supervisor or other appropriate reference to corroborate expertise (Required)
