Ok, so I contacted the enrollment counselor about equivalencies, asking about specific courses and CBE's and asking about whether they will transfer in to meet certain requirements or not (I was very specific). And this was the response I got:
"I am not able to advise on what will transfer in, however, I have included a link to the student handbook. Please search Transfer Guidelines and locate the guidelines for your specific program. Thanks. https://cm.wgu.edu/"
I'm certain this cannot be! No one can tell me anything up front, I just have to take the exam/course and hope it transfers in? That makes absolutely no sense.
Can anyone help me with this? If she can't help me, who can?

My son's enrollment counselor was great - he would send her a description of the course, she'd check with the transfer department, and then she'd reply with a yes or a no. He received his final transcript evaluation last week and everything she said would be accepted was accepted for credit. I think they are more likely to help if you have officially applied, and aren't just asking questions as a prospective applicant. I wonder if you can switch counselors? My son's is Amra Handzic and her email is amra.handzic@wgu.edu if you want to reach out and ask. My son is actually on the phone with her right now completing his intake interview.
Here Researching for my son, who has done the following:

Did they say why they wouldn't accept Shmoop by any chance? Lack of a proctored exam? If so, no one tell them how ALEKS works!

yep - that was it - and I was stressing about those ALEKS credits after that! But they did accept them.

I think they are more likely to help if you have officially applied, and aren't just asking questions as a prospective applicant. He officially applied, and has transferred transcripts there. So he's serious about these questions.

I will see if I can switch. Unfortunately, my husband is interested in a BSIT degree, but thank you for the info on what's accepted on the Business degree.
