I've seen people post what types of assessments are used for certain courses, but I can't find that information on the WGU website. Is there a link that will show all of the courses, and whether they have an exam, paper, or project for the assessment? Thanks!

The information is available on the website but you have to dig around for it. In fact, you may have seen it and not realized since they use different terms. Exam = Objective Assessment (OA) and Papers/Projects/Presentations are called Performance Assessments (PA). Courses will generally either have 1 OA, an OA and PA, or a PA with 2-3 different tasks (different papers, project, or presentations).
As bluebooger mentions, the WGU subreddit is a great source of information. As are the Facebook WGU groups. Alternatively, you can also do web searches to find information on the degree program or courses you're interested in.
