Upper Level Credits from Sophia
#1
Hello,

Reviewing some older posts and saw this list of Upper-Level courses from SDC and Cooper (https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sa...egree_Plan).

Does anyone know if any of Sophia.org's courses meet UL equivalency with TESU for a BA in Liberal Studies (w/o a concentration)?

Thanks for your help!

For TESU and a majority of other institutions who follow ACE recommendations for credit - Sophia.org courses are all lower level, nothing will come in as upper level.

You can always check ACE to see if a course is UL or not. In Sophia's case, they don't have any courses that are ACE-recommended as UL (although they used to - I took Project Management in 2015 when it was considered UL).

Thank you both. Thought it was worth a forum check. I'll tackle the Study.com courses listed as upper level. I'll check out that ACE link and adjust my plan.

Many thanks  Big Grin

Be careful to take courses that count in the LS area - a lot of courses won't (most business won't, EDU, etc.).
