Enrolling COSC does anyone know if it will cost more to fill out application and not officially enroll for a few months? I want to do what will save the most money.
I'm not 100% sure that I understand your question, but I believe you have six months after your application to matriculate. If you take any longer, you need to obtain an extension or your will have to pay a new application fee. Once you apply, COSC is really good with answering questions pertaining to testing out. At least they were with me.
I applied in June of 2014 and didn't decide to actually enroll in a course till February 2015 and since nothing major had changed credit wise since I initially sent my transcripts I just paid an additional $75 and had everything sorted out with COSC in a few days and was able to register for the cornerstone course.
