Looks like Sophia has done some housekeeping. All of this is from the main website, as I'm not currently an active user. Current members feel free to confirm/prove me wrong.
Communication at Work is now Workplace Communication
Taking Charge of Your Economic Future seems to be more appropriately named "Personal Finance". And there's Workplace Writing I and II, which I think are "Discover the Writer in You" and "The Power of Persuasion" retitled (since both are missing from the main website), but I can't confirm that.
The 0-credit Foundations of College Algebra is also gone (has been for a while). Introductory Applied Math might also be gone?
I'd be happy to update the wiki, but I'd prefer some confirmation data points first.

I'd heard they were going to be doing this.
Now, if they would rename a few others:
Preparing for the Future of Work >> practically anything else, but keep it simple
Topics in US History: Learn from the Past, Prepare for the Future >> US History Survey
Intro to Psychology: Smarter Decisions Through Psychology >> back to plain old Intro to Psych please
Intro to Sociology: Embracing Diversity & Collaboration >> back to plain old Intro to Soc please
These titles make it impossible to take seriously, sound incredibly stupid, and some colleges won't take them. Just stop trying so hard.

Thank you for that explanation. I saw in the ACE database that those classes were added but the dates were from 2020 and 2021, so I knew they weren't new classes. So it makes sense that they're just updated names for the older classes.
Also, definitely agree with drefore about some of those other course names that are a mouthful.

Sophia's courses should have a "shorter" and to the point name. I think I like the new changes more... Hopefully they'll come out with more "harder to find" alternative credit courses than the ones that are available elsewhere on Saylor, StraighterLine, or Study.com

They definitely are. I could tell by them not being "new" courses in my account, plus the same number of touchstones/milestones.

I think these got merged into the current Intro to College Mathematics, creating a whole new course. But some students might still have taken them when they were available. I think I did (I'd have to check Credly to confirm).
