Veterans Affairs will repay up to $200k in student loans - $40k per year for five years. To find eligible positions, search "EDRP" without the quotation marks at USAJobs.gov. Most eligible positions are in direct patient care or pharmacy, but I saw biomedical engineer, medical technologist, biomedical support specialist, medical records technician, and chaplain positions that are EDRP-eligible.
