I have responded asking which type of ACTFL tests they accept and where they transfer into. Since they only accept English, I'm guessing it transfers into English which is weird as I feel that would be remedial.

We received your speaking proficiency today; however, we wouldn’t be able to accept it as the Credly Achievement was for a test of Punjabi proficiency, and we only consider tests of English proficiency for credit equivalency.
