UNG has some of the cheapest online doctoral programs I've seen, and as far as I can tell it hasn't been mentioned here. Degrees include:
PhD in Criminal Justice
Ed.D in Higher Education Leadership
DNP in Nursing Practice
They also have master's programs, including an MBA, an MPA, different M.Ed degrees, master of science degrees in criminal justice, human services, and a couple others.
All graduate degrees, including doctoral, look to cost about $340.50 per credit (which includes fees) at the most. This would mean the PhD in Criminal justice, for instance, costs $18,387, again, at the most, and requires no campus visits.
That's with a single-credit calculation multiplied. The rate seems to be less for fulltime students. A 9-credit-hour load during the semester will cost $2,802, or $311.33 per credit. A 6-credit load will cost $312.38 per credit. I assume this is a result of mandatory fees being dispersed.
Anyway, might be a good choice for some folks.

EDIT: The PhD and Ed.D cost the above. The DNP looks to cost as much as $412 per credit.
