I wouldn't focus on the "free" as that may have been an outdated site page, it's still a relatively recognized program but at a slightly more expensive tuition rate. I recommend having a few options in your shortlist if you're looking at similar schools. Get like 4-5 in your shortlist or something, here's an example, if I am in Texas, these are on my list!

Also, Eastern has an MBA in Organizational Management with a concentration in  Business Analytics https://www.eastern.edu/academics/gradua...-analytics

It is 13 credits, with 4 of those being from the MS in Data Science.  Assuming you don't already have their MS in Data Science and take all 13 courses, your tuition is still just under $13K for the whole degree.
