It's possible that there's nothing you can do on your end, but here are a few things I would try:
If you haven't recently, update your password and make sure you're using the new password
Use the Desktop mode in your phone's browser
Use the Private/Incognito mode
Both Desktop mode and Private mode
Try on one or more laptop/desktop computers

@Sara143, the screenshot only shows a portion, what happened to the rest of the screen? Is this on a phone? Can you create a screenshot on a laptop/computer as well? Please attach another screenshot (with the URL at the top of your browser). You may be viewing a redirected link and the error is indicating an issue with the sign in due to that redirection.

I find the layout abundantly difficult to deal with. At the end of the day, they run a small outfit and can only service so many people per day (I know that isn't the best answer but until they expand staff...)
