I am trying to log into my space account but it's almost three days I am
Keep getting this message. I contacted Jessica and Cody and they talk with
IT team and didn't heard back from them. Any information would be helpful Thanks

It's possible that there's nothing you can do on your end, but here are a few things I would try:
  • Log out and start fresh at https://my.umpi.edu/ every time
  • If you haven't recently, update your password and make sure you're using the new password
  • Use the Desktop mode in your phone's browser
  • Use the Private/Incognito mode
  • Both Desktop mode and Private mode
  • Try on one or more laptop/desktop computers

My Space? Didn't even know that still existed. Do you mean YourPace? If you can't login to YourPace, you need to contact Jessica. The staff was off today so she should respond tomorrow.

@Sara143, the screenshot only shows a portion, what happened to the rest of the screen? Is this on a phone? Can you create a screenshot on a laptop/computer as well? Please attach another screenshot (with the URL at the top of your browser). You may be viewing a redirected link and the error is indicating an issue with the sign in due to that redirection.

what link are you using to access stuff? I basically only use peportal (https://peportal.maine.edu/) for student self service and the cognify (https://cognify.sagencelearning.com/)one for the competencies.

I find the layout abundantly difficult to deal with. At the end of the day, they run a small outfit and can only service so many people per day (I know that isn't the best answer but until they expand staff...)
