I realize this is probably a super newbie question, but just wanted to confirm. Are UL credits obtained from your Capstone applied to the total required UL credits needed for the degree?

Are UL credits obtained from your Capstone applied to the total required UL credits needed for the degree? Yes. But depends on the degree BA degrees from the school of liberal arts require a total of 18 UL credits so that would be 3 credits from the capstone and 15 from other courses, or about 5 courses outside of the capstone. BS in business only requires 12 UL credits in the AOS so the capstone doesn't count towards this, which would be 4 UL courses besides the capstone for a business degree. For other degrees I"m not sure they all vary. Look at TESU website for info.

Short answer is yes, but like natshar said, it's a little more complicated for the business degree (which wants your 12 UL credits in a very specific place, in addition to the capstone). All other degrees that I'm aware of are 18cr of UL, and 3cr of that is the capstone.
