UDEMEX Universidad Digital del Estado de Mexico

It seems like with the immense success of the Guanajuato State University offering a sibling Online school that other states in the country would end up opening their own.
This school doesn't seem to be affiliated with the Autonomous State U of the State of Mexico (known as the UAEMX school). Looks like a brand new university pushed by the federal government to bring low cost online degrees to more people. And the price is hard to beat. Their bachelors only cost 5000 MXN (260 USD) a year and their bachelors are 3 years long.

The real cost seems to be the titulation which demands a thesis and paying sinodales. Around 10,000 MXN (530 usd). I am not sure if some of these titulation fees are for everyone or the school has different graduation modalities which have been rightfully increasing in popularity such as doing 4 month certificate programs to graduate at the UNAM. But even so, getting a complete bachelors degree for less than 1400 USD could interest some folk.

The variety of degrees is very sparse and they are similar to the UNAM online university in the sense they only start 3 times a year instead of every 8 weeks like the UVEG. They have class starting dates in January and September. Just like the UVEG, this school demands a servicio social or community service. It could be difficult finding online options for students.

Masters degrees cost 27,000 mxn (1300 usd) without including the titulation, total 3000 usd.
Doctorates cost 23,736 mxn (1200 usd), so along with titulation, around 31,600 mxn including titulation (1660 usd).

While everything including the final exam of the degrees are online, you have to physically travel to offices in the State of Mexico to present documents. There are emails of coordinators that receive these documents. I cannot confirm if they would allow applicants abroad to send them by fedex or dhl. The emails of each coordinator is listed. Applicants could send them an email, explain they live too far away and ask if they'd accept shipped documents like the UVEG does. Maybe with some luck, one coordinator will accept this option and allow the entire degree to be done fully online.

The Udemex has these degrees:

Bachelors:
It and digital business
Public security ( degree program seems to be Criminal Justice focused)
Sales
Information administration (less technology and more management focused)
Psychology

Masters:
Public administration
Digital education technology (online classes)
Business Innovation

Doctorate:
Education innovation

Yes, this university is 100% taught in Spanish. There's very few universities in Mexico that are taught in English and they tend to be small private schools and/or public ones with high tuition like the Guadalajara university that caters to IMG students that gradually introduces Spanish courses until the medical internship is done in Spanish.

This university is public, just not affiliated with the State U of the State of Mexico. Most likely any degree from this school would get a favorable eval from wes. Just that it is a new school, so people in Mexico haven't talked about it much online. Most conversations have been focused on the uveg and the unadym due to word of mouth.

UTEL university in Mexico had degrees in English. I am not a fan of it and is not the cheapest but is cheaper than any (or at least most, since UMPI could be cheaper) in USA I would say.

I believe UTEL bachelor degrees cost around 60,000 MXN (approx 3000 usd). I haven't really looked. Some discussions by Mexicans mention it is one of those schools where you make the best of it. You could totally coast by their IT degrees and not learn a thing for a check in the box degree or take huge initiative and complement your own learning. I don't remember if their exams are open book or students grade eachother.
