It's basically an MBA refresher program for those who got their MBAs years ago.  Lots of interesting courses.  I am seriously considering it because I can reimburse it as part of my company benefits.
Also, a "Post-MBA" qualification from UCLA will probably look good on a resume.

Just remember that it's not UCLA, it's UCLA Extension (different part of the school, pretty common now to find these but you're not a UCLA grad when you come out); and they're not grad-level credits, so it's not necessarily something you can put on your resume.

I would also check your reimbursement policy to make sure that they will count.  RA school but credits that aren't RA may not work - these are maybe CEU's which aren't always reimbursable.

With a certificate you would be a UCLA alum.

Sent from my typewriter.

Ok - but you can't put that you got your certificate from UCLA, you have to say UCLA Extension.  Different things.  If you meet someone who went to UCLA and say "I got a certificate through UCLA Extension", they will not think "oh, this guy went to my school."  They will scoff.  They will not consider you an equal.

Not saying it's not worth doing, but it's definitely not "UCLA."

UCLA vs UCLA Extension to me is the same thing.  UCLA is not Harvard so it's not the same argument as Harvard Extension vs Harvard College.   It won't blow anyone's mind that you did a certificate at UCLA whether it was at their business school (UCLA Anderson) or Extension.  If you had to rely on a UCLA certificate (Anderson or Extension) to boost your career or ego, then you have bigger problems in life.

If I saw someone else get a post-MBA from UCLA Extension, I would see that person as having the drive and intellectual curiosity to remain relevant on business trends after doing an MBA 10+ years ago.  It's the post-MBA curriculum that really intrigues me.  It's not like post-MBA programs are plentiful.  There are only a few - and this one is really affordable that it's hard to go wrong.  I don't need any credits.  I already have 3 degrees (1 bachelors + 2 masters degrees).  I just want to refresh my skills in some areas that didn't exist 10 years ago (I did my MBA from a top 30 ranked program).

I sent the program link to my boss (another MBA, hers is from INSEAD) and she said, "oh, UCLA, that looks like fun".  Which is exactly the same thought I had when I saw the program - "gee, this will be fun!".

RE your comment on "not something you can put on your resume" if no one can list non-credit courses on their resume, then the Executive Education departments at Harvard Business School, Wharton etc would go out of business.  They sell their non-credit 5-day or 20-day executive programs for up to $60+K for students to put that program on their resumes.   Also, there are thousands of people getting free non-credit certificates at Coursera and EdX and I see nothing on HR guidelines excluding this from a resume.

Lastly, if there ever was someone who "scoffs" and will not consider me an equal just because I got a UCLA Extension Post-MBA after my top 30 MBA, then that is someone I don't ever want to know - thank god they avoid me.  It is pathetic if your only achievement in life is being a UCLA undergrad.
