5 million borrowers' accounts...
#1
I just have one question, how the heck do they stay in business when they've received so many complaints about their abuses and scandals? They seem to be preying on the vulnerable student loan borrowers but the government doesn't seem to be doing anything to stop this business (or similar ones) from operating...

And why doesn't the federal government service the loans? That's who gave them out. That's who the funds are owed to. Adding in a third party just costs more money and these companies all pretty much suck. They're horribly run. I don't even know how they remain in business.
