U of Oregon - $3 Billion <gasp>

I've heard many schools with huge amounts of donations through many philanthropic business and persons with a large cash flow.

But I think this is the largest in the years I've seen, or one of the largest.  It's great they've pretty much planned how to use it.

wow! that's three times the budget of other top schools...
Many top schools have around $700 millions - $1 billion

Do you guys think Univ. of Oregon's ranking will rise because of this new $3 billion donation?
