There are some interesting ideas built in here.  The one that jumped out at me was this
"Salman Khan, founder of free online learning provider the Khan Academy, and author of The One World Schoolhouse: Education Reimagined, envisions that the traditional lecture format will soon be replaced by “human-to-human engagement”. He states that, whether online or in-person, learning outcomes are more effective when people take part in the process together"
I'm guessing that this will be at least AI assisted, if not totally AI engagement where the students preferences, learning styles, strengths, weaknesses, etc can be quantified and then used to tailor program structure.
