I think I took 10 min. on a CIW exam and earned credit at Edmonds Community College. CIW certifications are also part of the curricula of some WGU programs.

Yes. If you were fluent, you could get the same number of UL and LL credits for the 2nd language, and use all of those credits in the BALS.

I'm aware.....The HTML5 MTA is what allowed me to avoid one of the CIW exams. I have to have everything in by the 15th to start 7/1, so I'm done with certs until WGU starts paying for them ;-)
