Tuition, Enrollment and Evaluation at TESC
#21
What colleges will except a student for a masters program with a zero GPA in BA LS? I am thinking of going this route and want to see my options.

APUS (American Public University and American Military University). I think there might be a GPA requirement for a couple of their programs, but most don't have one. Most other for-profit schools will accept you too. If you transferred credits to receive your BA (I'm guessing at TESC), then the graduate school will calculate your GPA based on each transcript received from all of the schools you attended. You might want to try talking to other schools about being admitted on a conditional basis. Once you complete a certain number of credits with a B average, you'll be fully admitted.

I did find several non-profits that only require a bachelor's degree or a graduate entrance exam for a GPA below a certain level. I was searching for security studies and international relations programs, so this is what I found in relation to those.

Clemson University's online PhD program
Duquesne University with two years of professional experience
St. John's University
New England College
California State University Northridge if you score in the 50th percentile in one of the GRE sections
Baker University (not Baker College) only $315 per credit
Excelsior College and TESC
University of Nebraska Kearney will require GRE with a GPA below 3.25
Northeastern University
Pace University
Depaul University
Salve Regina University but the GRE/MAT/GMAT is required for all applicants
Syracuse University's social science program
Kennesaw State University's International Policy Management program
Regent University (I couldn't find a GPA requirement, but the GRE is required)
National University
University of Maryland University College
Norwich University's Diplomacy program
North Georgia College and State University requires a 950 on the GRE if you have a GPA below 2.75 (only $274 per credit)

There are a lot of other schools that will accept you on a provisional basis.

So, I looked into a local master's program and expalined that I won't have a GPA from TESC.....I was informed that almost any college will accept you if you have a bachelor's and GRE scores as a non-degree seeking student....you take a couple of classes towards your master's and gain a GPA then transfer to degree seekingSmile Hope this helps!!!!
