I have facing problems when I send my transcript from credly.com for the third time to 3 different colleges, they do not recognize that kind of transcript since ACE change their transcript system for me is a headage they think I'm sending it personally it's unofficial for them and they all said they have never heard over credly.com.

Which schools are you sending it to? A lot of schools don't accept ACE credits at all.

I haven't used Credly for my transcripts. I have used Parchment which has Sophia's transcripts.

This is out of date information, it is not referring to a TESU transcript, it refers to ACE's past (and much better/logical) system where they did their own in-house transcripts before they bungled everything and outsourced it to Credly. TESU doesn't provide an ACE-specific transcript. The TESU "Credit Banking Service" likely won't be accepted by other colleges either, as it's not being generated by the original source of credits.

STC accepts only a very limited number of ACE-approved courses like CLEP, AP, IB. As far as I know, for these credits they require one to have transcripts sent directly by providers and not just via Credly.

It might or might not help, but try changing the subject when you send the transcript. Instead of it saying "gams007 has shared their transcript with you via Credly", change it to "gams007 has sent you their ACE transcript". I think someone else here had to do that for a different school and they eventually accepted the Credly transcript.

Hi Rachel I did that change every time I send the transcript by removing my name and only putting Official transcript and they continue saying it not official. I think the idea of using badges does not help so much most Colleges are not aware over the ACE transition and when you send accredited courses like this way is not acceptable.
